Susan Daley is a partner with the law firm of Perkins Coie in Chicago. She is currently President of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), Chair of the EEOC Subcommittee of the Employee Benefits Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, and a member of the BNA Pension & Benefits Reporter Advisory Board. She is a former Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section Council; Chicago Bar Association Employee Benefits Committee; Chicago Bar Association Federal Taxation Committee; and Welfare Benefit Plans Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law.

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut, Susan earned her law degree from Harvard Law School.
