He has written numerous books and articles on preventive law, practice management, and marketing legal services, as well as consumer and business law pamphlets published by Blumberg/Excelsior. He has served as a board member, chapter president, and committee chair for the American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, and American Society of Corporate Secretaries. He is also on the Advisory Board of Findlaw.com.
