Marilyn Renninger is Chief Knowledge Officer of AMG National Trust Bank (formerly AMG Guaranty Trust), headquartered in Denver, Colorado, a provider of fee-only financial advisory services to corporate employees and wealthy individuals, many of whom have substantial stock option and company stock holdings. She is responsible for managing the creation, use, and dissemination of AMG Guaranty Trust’s knowledge capital, which involves organizational learning, knowledge-exchange systems, and market positioning.

As the former Vice President of AMG Guaranty Trust’s Group Financial Planning Services, Marilyn counseled corporate employees in financial and retirement planning. Her duties have also included program development, project management, marketing, and formation of strategic alliances.

Before joining AMG Guaranty Trust, she held posts as professor, analyst, and advisor in the areas of finance, insurance, risk management, and HMO financing. In the course of her career, she has published extensively on a variety of financial topics. Marilyn earned BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Wisconsin. Her professional accreditations include CFP, ChFC, CLU, and CPCU.
